  • Identify and attract potential customers through diverse channels like cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable lending products.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance to clients on the features, advantages, and eligibility standards of Home Loans, Personal Loans, Loan Against Property, and Used Car Loans.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments of clients to determine their eligibility for loans and provide personalized advice on financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, and legal to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursal of loans.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance criteria set by the company.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates in the financial sector.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to management.
