Monitor ongoing work, identify issues and provide solutions thru strong monthly business review mechanismxc2xb7 Develop safe, positive and achievement-oriented working environmentxc2xb7 Implement continuous improvements of procedures and technology for operating excellencexc2xb7 Respond to the customer's queries and complaints in a timely mannerQualificationsA graduate/MBA with 3-6 years' experience in On and Off Trade preferably with exposure to different RTM.
