Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Executive with a passion for health and wellness. As a Health Expert, you will specialize in educating and assisting customers specifically with teas that offer health benefits. This role combines customer service, product knowledge, and sales to provide a truly impactful experience to our patrons.

Key Result Areas:

1. Sales & Promotion: Drive sales by passionately presenting our health-focused teas. Meet sales targets through quality customer interactions and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

2. Relationship Building: Build a friendly rapport with customers, cultivating a welcoming environment that encourages them to return and explore new products.

3. Product Knowledge & Expertise: Serve as the store's health expert by demonstrating an in-depth understanding of our teas focused on health benefits, such as teas for immunity, digestion, relaxation, and more.

4. Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with customers, making them feel welcome and understood. Tailor recommendations based on their needs, and provide insightful information to build trust and confidence in our health-focused products.

5. Educate & Inform: Actively educate customers on the benefits of each tea type, focusing on wellness properties. Empower customers to make informed decisions by explaining how different teas can enhance health and fit into their lifestyle.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
