Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to ensure consistent business growth.
• Client Engagement : Understand client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.
• Sales Presentations : Conduct effective presentations to potential clients about ODINT's services.
• Negotiation and Closure : Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively.
• Reporting : Track and report sales metrics and client interactions to the management team.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience : 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in consulting or B2B services.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is an advantage.
• Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Languages : Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• 1st and 3rd Saturdays are working days.
