Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our team. The role
involves advising clients on investing in residential projects from Tier 1
developers. Key responsibilities include client management, developing
relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Connect with and understand the needs of assigned clients.
- Propose suitable property solutions and follow up on leads promptly.
- Conduct meetings with potential buyers.
- Property Presentation:
- Show properties to prospective buyers and provide detailed information.
- Convert prospects into buyers by matching properties to their investment
needs.
- Sales and Relationship Building:
- Develop relationships with top developers, investors, and end-customers.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate sales is a must.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of the real estate market.
