Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at MMA Matrix (Belgavi). The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving membership sales, building strong relationships with potential and existing members, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a passionate individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills, along with a strong knowledge of fitness products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales and Lead Generation : Identify and cultivate new leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach activities. Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads to convert them into memberships.
• Consultative Sales Approach : Conduct in-depth consultations with potential members to understand their fitness goals and recommend personalized membership plans, personal training sessions, or other services.
• Membership Sales : Close membership sales by presenting gym packages and services, discussing benefits, and addressing any concerns or objections to ensure a seamless sign-up process.
• Lead Nurturing : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing members through follow-up communication, email marketing, and personalized outreach.
• Member Retention : Support member retention strategies by ensuring members are satisfied with their experience, addressing their needs, and encouraging renewals or upgrades.
• Product Promotion : Promote and upsell additional services, such as personal training, group classes, nutrition counseling, and gym merchandise.
• Tour & Demonstration : Lead potential members on gym tours, demonstrate gym equipment and facilities, and explain the benefits of various services to close sales.
• Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, memberships sold, and customer interactions. Track and report on sales performance against targets.
• Collaborative Efforts : Work closely with other team members, including personal trainers and managers, to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of member satisfaction.
• Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions to identify new growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a fitness or customer-facing role.
• Strong passion for fitness and wellness.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and engage effectively with potential clients.
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data entry.
• Self-motivated, confident, and proactive in generating leads and closing sales.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to stand, walk, and interact with clients for extended periods.
• Ability to lift light to moderate gym equipment or promotional materials.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
