Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our client's sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting their range of CCTV products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, tailored client consultations, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking.
• Research target industries such as retail, government, healthcare, and logistics to identify potential customers and their CCTV security needs.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.

Sales Presentations & Consultations:

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of CCTV systems.
• Offer customized solutions to address the specific security needs of prospects, addressing all questions and concerns.
• Provide clients with detailed quotes, proposals, and technical specifications, ensuring transparency in pricing, installation, and ongoing support.

Market Knowledge & Industry Trends:

• Stay informed about the latest developments in the CCTV and security industry.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify market trends to strategically position our products and services.
• Educate clients on new products, technologies, and features to enhance their security systems.

Qualifications:Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or the CCTV/security industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to manage sales leads and customer interactions.
• Knowledge of CCTV products, security systems, or technology solutions is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

• Cold Calling: 1 year (preferred).
• Total Work Experience: 1 year (preferred).
• Sales Experience: 1 year (preferred).
• Sales Representative Role: 1 year (preferred).
