Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
• Property Listings: Manage and update property listings on various platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions.
• Client Meetings: Conduct property viewings and site visits with prospective buyers and tenants.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome.
• Documentation: Prepare and process all necessary documentation related to property transactions, including contracts and agreements.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
• Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid real estate license (if required by the state).
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
