Overview :

As a Sales Representative specializing in calling and computer work, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. You will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our products/services. This role combines interpersonal skills with computer proficiency to maintain accurate records and manage sales pipelines efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling : Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, build rapport, and schedule appointments for further discussion.

2. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of each prospect, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.

3. Lead Management: Use CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring all interactions are documented and followed up on in a timely manner.

4. Customer Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with existing and potential customers through regular follow-ups, aiming to convert leads into sales opportunities.

5. Achievement of Sales Targets: Work towards and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by the sales manager.

7. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and updating sales collateral.

• Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a calling or tele sales role.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.

- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
