Job Description

We're looking for passionate and motivated fresher Inside Sales Executives to join our team and help drive our sales efforts!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our premium home and commercial products. Introduce new customers to our product offerings, ensuring they understand the benefits and features. Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities. Build rapport with customers and guide them through the purchase process. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads. Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:

0-6 month of experience required. Education: BBA, MBA are highly preferable Excellent communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships over the phone. Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not required. Motivated to learn and grow within a sales career.
