We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, passionate about sales, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods. Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to potential customers. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management. Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet/exceed sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build lasting business relationships. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
