Key Responsibilities :
• Generate Sales : Identify and engage potential customers to increase product/service sales.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
• Lead Generation : Use various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.) to identify new business opportunities and leads.
• Sales Presentations : Conduct product/service presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Negotiation : Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
• Sales Targets : Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as set by the management.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
• Customer Support : Provide ongoing support to customers and address their concerns or issues post-sale.
