Job Title: Sales Executive - SPC Flooring
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Experience Required: Minimum [1-3 years] in selling furniture products, WPC, or vinyl products
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and dealers.
• Present and promote SPC flooring products to potential clients and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue growth.
• Provide detailed product information and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts regularly.
Required Skills:
• Strong and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Experience in selling furniture products, WPC, or vinyl products.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the flooring or building material industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English and local languages.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
