Job Title: Sales Executive - Retail & E-commerce Location: Surat Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the company's retail and e-commerce presence. This role involves managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies for retail outlets.
• Manage and optimize the company's online sales channels, including the company website and third-party e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and execute online sales campaigns, promotions, and discounts to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
• Monitor e-commerce analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance the customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and e-commerce clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term business partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and emerging trends in retail and e-commerce.
• Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to align products and promotions with market demands.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales results.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Proven experience of 2-3 years in sales, preferably in retail and e-commerce sectors.
• Strong understanding of retail and online sales dynamics, including consumer behavior and digital marketing techniques.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software, e-commerce platforms, and MS Office.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
