2. Building and Maintaining Relationships
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Regularly communicating with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring their satisfaction with products or services.
3. Sales Presentations
• Presenting products or services to prospective clients, both in-person and virtually.
• Conducting product demonstrations and explaining features and benefits clearly.
• Customizing sales presentations to suit the client's needs and industry.
4. Negotiation and Closing Sales
• Negotiating terms and pricing with potential customers.
• Handling objections and providing solutions to ensure the sale is closed.
• Closing deals and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted.
