Sales Executive

Job Description

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination of sales activities.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely processing of sales orders.

Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and support.

Manage and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

Ensure accurate and timely entry of order details into the system.

Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and the sales team.

Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Track sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team.

Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Sales Manager or senior staff.

Provide support to sales team members as needed.

Adherence and following upon company's policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
