Designation: Sales Executive (DOM And Exports)
Experience: 2 yrs. in Plastic Industry.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• To Handle Exports/Dom Inquiry and close the leads within timeline.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product line and its technical knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
• To Plan sales visit territory given and represent company product.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences to promote products and generate leads.
• Work closely with marketing, engineering, and production teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• To achieve given monthly/ yearly target given by the company management.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
