Job Overview

The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving membership sales and contributing to the gym's revenue growth. This role involves promoting the Anytime Fitness brand, attracting new clients, and ensuring high levels of member satisfaction. Ideal candidates will be motivated, personable, and have a passion for fitness.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Membership Sales: Actively engage prospective clients to drive membership sign-ups. This includes handling walk-ins, phone inquiries, and social media leads.
• Client Follow-Up: Follow up with leads promptly and maintain an organized list of prospects to ensure consistent sales outreach.
• Client Tours: Conduct facility tours for potential members, highlighting key features and benefits of the gym.
• Corporate Partnerships: Assist in building and maintaining corporate wellness partnerships to increase memberships.
• Retention Activities: Work with the team to implement member retention strategies, such as personalized check-ins and event invitations.
• Incentives and Commissions: Achieve monthly targets to earn additional performance-based incentives.
• Event Assistance: Support gym events and promotional activities to boost community presence and sales opportunities.

Skills Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred, ideally in the fitness or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High motivation for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of fitness trends and passion for health and wellness is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.

Salary

• 20,000 - 25,000 (Base) + Incentive & Commission
