Job Overview:
From lead generation to contract closure, the In-House Sales Executive will be essential to the success of our sales activities. You will be in charge of seeing possibilities, maintaining client relationships, and hitting sales goals if you have a solid history in end-to end sales procedures and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including inbound inquiries, referrals, and market research.
Initiate contact with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final sale, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
Monitor sales metrics and performance, providing regular reports and updates to management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a product-based company (Mandate) ; prior exposure to FMCG or beverages is desired.
Experience in B2B environment with a demonstrated track record in end-to-end sales processes.
Proven experience in managing all stages of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence clients
