Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the success of our real estate projects by building strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance, and closing property sales. Your focus will be on generating leads, understanding clients' needs, and delivering excellent customer service to facilitate successful property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Prospecting & Lead Generation:
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Contact potential clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to present available property listings.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
• Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase properties to prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Act as a liaison between property owners and prospective buyers to negotiate terms and facilitate successful transactions.
• Sales & Closing:
• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing.
• Address any concerns or questions clients may have regarding properties, legal processes, or financing options.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by successfully closing property deals.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and property values to provide clients with relevant information.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats within the real estate sector.
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Ensure all necessary paperwork, contracts, and documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with the legal team to facilitate smooth and transparent property transactions.
• Reporting & Feedback:
• Prepare regular reports on sales activity, client feedback, and progress towards sales targets.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to strategize and improve sales performance.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in real estate or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and property sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
