Roles & Responsibilities:
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Resolve queries of company products .
• Understand customer requirements and suggest solutions based on company expertise.
• Connect with field sales team based on prospect's requirement.
• Maintain customer information in the database.
• Process order as per company policy.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
