As a Travel Sales Executive , you will be responsible for designing, planning, and coordinating bespoke travel experiences for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences and goals, and then use your expertise to create personalized itineraries that offer unique and unforgettable experiences. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and a deep knowledge of global destinations, travel logistics, and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Meet with clients (virtually or in-person) to understand their travel preferences, budget, and specific needs.
Itinerary Creation: Design custom travel itineraries that include accommodations, transportation, activities, dining, and cultural experiences.
Destination Research: Stay updated on various destinations, including the latest travel advisories, local customs, and emerging trends.
Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and other travel-related vendors.
Booking Management: Coordinate and book all aspects of the trip, ensuring all details are confirmed and organized.
Problem Solving: Provide assistance and support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any issues or changes that arise.
Budget Management: Ensure that the designed travel packages meet the client's budgetary requirements while maximizing the value and experience.
Documentation: Prepare and provide clients with all necessary travel documents, including itineraries, tickets, and travel insurance information.
Marketing & Promotion: Assist in promoting travel packages and experiences through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and events.
Feedback Collection: Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and improve future services.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
2+ years of experience in travel planning, tourism, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing luxury or bespoke travel experiences is a plus.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of global destinations, travel logistics, and trends.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in travel booking software and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
