Job Responsibilities:

Generate leads and engage potential clients for real estate sales and services. Conduct 50% fieldwork, meeting clients, attending site visits, and property inspections. Perform 50% office work including documentation, client follow-ups, and maintaining records.Prepare reports and maintain data in Excel and other tools as required. Handle client calls and inquiries, providing detailed information on properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and company objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Excel and related software. Strong communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi. Ability to handle client interactions and provide exceptional customer service. Comfortable with fieldwork and office-based tasks. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
