This role involves making outbound calls and conducting product demonstrations to potential clients, helping us grow our market share and customer base.
Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge products through telecommunication, focusing on generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our products/services, and generate interest.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and use cases, adapting presentations to meet client needs.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with new leads, appointments, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
- Qualify Leads: Assess potential customers' needs, verify their interest, and determine their purchasing power and decision-making processes.
- Close Sales: Negotiate sales terms, address customer concerns, and close deals effectively.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to the product development team.
- Reporting: Generate weekly reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and areas of improvement.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in tele-sales or B2B environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Comfortable with digital presentation tools (e.g., Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams).
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Freshers/Internsip seekers can apply.
-Experience in the tech industry or familiarity with SaaS products.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies to enhance sales efforts.
- Certifications in sales techniques or related fields are a plus.
