Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring efficient order processing. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conducting Outbound Calls:

- Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.

- Identify customer needs and present suitable products and services.

2. Following Up with Clients:

- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

3. Processing Orders Efficiently:

- Accurately process client orders, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.

- Collaborate with the logistics team to manage order shipments and deliveries.

4. Collaborating with the Accounts Team:

- Work closely with the accounts team to facilitate invoicing and payment processes.

- Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.

5. Maintaining Accurate Customer Records:

- Update and maintain comprehensive customer databases and records.

- Track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions.

6. Gathering Feedback and Maintaining Regular Communication:

- Solicit and gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.

- Maintain regular communication with clients to encourage repeat orders and long-term relationships.

7. Navigating Challenging Situations:

- Handle challenging situations and customer complaints with a firm decision-making approach.

- Develop solutions to address issues and prevent future occurrences.

8. Providing Exceptional Service:

- Understand and address customer needs to provide exceptional service.

- Strive to exceed customer expectations and enhance their experience with The Foods Life.

9. Meeting with New Clients and Customers:

- Schedule and conduct meetings with new clients and existing customers to build and maintain relationships.

- Conduct fieldwork to strengthen business bonds and understand client needs better.

10. Email Marketing and Online Form Management:

- Execute email marketing campaigns to engage with clients and promote products.

- Manage and follow up on online inquiry forms related to food products.

11. Handling Inquiries and Industry Knowledge:

- Respond to messages and inquiries about products promptly.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of food products and industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

- Extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for the food industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
