Position: Diamond Sales Executive

Location: Surat , Gujarat

Overview:

As a Diamond Sales Executive, you will be responsible for representing our brand and driving sales of our exquisite diamond jewelry collections. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, cultivating client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, showcase our diamond jewelry collections, and drive sales through effective product presentations and demonstrations.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance, expert advice, and exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our diamond inventory, including the 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, and carat weight), diamond grading, and gemological characteristics, to confidently educate and advise customers on their purchases.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics by consistently delivering exceptional sales results and fostering repeat business and customer referrals.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team and company.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the diamond jewelry market.

Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks related to sales transactions, including processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month

Compensation package:

• Commission pay
