Job Summary:
Vadodara Windows is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with potential and existing customers, and closing sales of our high-quality uPVC windows and doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach them
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, addressing their questions and concerns and providing product recommendations based on their needs
Conduct product demonstrations and provide quotes to customers
Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products and pricing
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
Salary - 20,000/- to 35,000/- Per Month
