Job Description

Job Summary: As a Sales Executive at Benchmark, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales within designated territories. This position is office-based and focuses on lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Prospect and Generate Leads:
• Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to identify potential clients.
• Sales Process Management:
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to individual clients.
• Achieve Sales Targets:
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Market and Competitor Analysis:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales or a similar role, demonstrating the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) and MS Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field preferred.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with email campaigns, sales follow-ups, and report preparation based on sales activities.
• Familiarity with managing credit-based sales transactions would be advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
