Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Sanand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role involves significant travel within the assigned region to meet potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, generate leads, and develop a robust sales pipeline.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
• Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
• Negotiations: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
• Post-Sales Support: Coordinate with the service and technical teams to ensure timely and effective after-sales support.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the industrial machinery sector.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical products and services.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (30-50% travel requirement).
• Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
