Experience: Fresher or Minimum 1years (IT Industry only) Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role: Codex Tech IT is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT industry, with the ability to aggressively prospect and establish contacts with potential clients. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, maintaining client relationships, and managing multiple sales opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Aggressively prospect and initiate contacts with new potential clients to assess and develop future business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through client visits, lead generation activities, trade shows, presentations, and other methods.
• Sales Strategy and Management:
• Develop a sales strategy in partnership with other internal stakeholders.
• Effectively manage multiple opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle.
• Conduct detailed negotiations to meet client expectations while maintaining overall gross margin (GM) expectations.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain active and ongoing relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales within the IT industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and lead generation activities.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
