Responsibilities

preferred Experience in plastic caps and preform
Welcome and greet customers the customers query over telephony or email.
Manage point-of-sale processes and ascertain customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and wants
Keep up to date with product information and accurately describe product features and benefits to customers
Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments and dispatch shipments.
Update customer records in the company database as required
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintaining sock records.

Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
Collaborate with the Productions staff to monitor active productions orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
Requirements
Female candidate preferred only
1+ years\xe2\x80\x99 sales support experience
Proven working experience in manufacturing sales
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
Customer service focus friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Basic administration skills & Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices)
Good knowledge of MS Office suite
