• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
• Execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about the features, benefits, and specifications of our products.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
• Market Analysis:
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Provide feedback on market demands, pricing, and competitive intelligence.
• Sales Reporting:
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Kolkata market and customer preferences.
