Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in selling Explosive Blast Products. The Sales manager will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships, and closing sales deals within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the explosives or related industries. As a sales manager with experience in the chemical industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive prospecting, client relationship management, and strategic account development. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and promoting our products/services to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

?Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base for Products.

? Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.

? Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Products.

? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.

? Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and pricing with customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

? Coordinate with internal teams including operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.

? Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.

? Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines to track progress and performance against targets.

? Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Products and establish brand presence.

? Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. ? Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. ? Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining performance, challenges, and opportunities.

? Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency within the sales department.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field. ? Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role with a focus on selling explosives or related products.

? Strong understanding of the explosives market, including regulations, safety standards, and customer requirements.

? Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

? Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

? Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed. ? Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

? Proven track record of success in B2B & B2C sales, preferably within the chemical industry. Preferred

Qualifications:

? Previous experience in the mining, construction, or demolition industries.

? Technical knowledge of explosive materials and their applications.

? Certification in explosives handling and safety.

? Advanced degree or professional certifications in Sales or Marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
