  • Sales Generation:
  • Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales leads.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide personalized service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Targets:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Track and report on sales performance and activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer preferences.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Samarth Jewellery\xe2\x80\x99s product offerings.
  • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value of our products.
  • Stay informed about new product launches and promotions.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and events.
Requirements:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
