- Customer interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, and suggest the right vehicle
- Vehicle presentation: Demonstrate vehicle features and operation, and provide test drives
- Sales process: Compute sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount, and complete paperwork
- Follow-up: Maintain an owner follow-up system, and follow up on post-delivery items
