Job Description

• Building relationships: Sales executives develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Providing customer service: Sales executives are often the primary point of contact between the organization and clients, so they are responsible for providing excellent customer service.
• Researching the market: Sales executives stay up to date on industry trends, competitor behavior, and customer preferences.
• Negotiating: Sales executives negotiate on price, quantities, and specifications, balancing the needs of the client with the interests of their organization.
• Promoting products and services: Sales executives promote the company's products or services, and introduce new products.
• Creating proposals: Sales executives create proposals and make bids for business.
• Attending events: Sales executives attend trade shows, exhibitions, or events.
• Recording sales figures: Sales executives record sales figures and produce reports.
• Liaising with suppliers: Sales executives liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and other third parties.
