• Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify and develop relationship with key decision-makers in construction field, Civil contractors, architects and engineers.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
3. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
5.Site visits: Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and promote products accordingly.
6.Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis for management review.
7.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop product promotional campaigns and technical presentations.
• Qualifications
Education : Degree/Diploma in civil or MBA will be added advantage.
Experience : 2 to 5 years relevant experience
Location: GOA
Should have good exposure in civil and construction related products.
