We are looking for a Sales Officer to drive sales and expand our distribution network for frozen food products. The ideal candidate will develop relationships with retailers, hotels, restaurants, and distributors, ensuring consistent sales growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and acquire new retail shops, hotels, and distributors for frozen food products.
Maintain and grow sales with existing customers.
Achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes).
Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints.
Market Research & Strategy:
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Suggest strategies to improve product positioning and sales.
Operations & Reporting:
Ensure proper product storage and delivery coordination with logistics teams.
Maintain records of sales, collections, and inventory.
Submit regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years in FMCG/Frozen Food/Poultry/Seafood sales (preferred).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and close deals.
Knowledge of the local food distribution network.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
