We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Nexus. As a BDE, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Research, identify, and target potential business opportunities through various channels such as

networking

cold calling, and market research

. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Attend scheduled

in-person meetings

with clients, presenting solutions and building relationships. Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Work to develop new business through conferences, online portals, and industry networking. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Learn and promote new service offerings to expand business opportunities. Drive revenue growth by meeting objectives related to sales,

client meetings

, and gross profit. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for

effective tracking of progress

. Collaborate with senior team members to understand client challenges and deliver suitable solutions. Take ownership of client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous engagement. Attend

individual client meetings

, understanding their needs and aligning them with company services. Work closely with internal teams to identify risks and propose solutions that benefit clients and the business.

Required Skills:



Highly motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels. Ability to negotiate and influence decisions. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Excellent sales planning and organizational skills.
