Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented School/College Outreach Business Development Executive to drive partnerships and expand our reach within educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in business development or outreach roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach and Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational organizations.
Identify and engage key stakeholders, including administrators, educators, and decision-makers.
Program Development:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored programs and services that meet the needs of educational institutions.
Present and promote programs through workshops, seminars, and meetings.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and opportunities within the education sector.
Analyze competitor offerings and adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement outreach strategies to achieve sales targets.
Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential partners.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track outreach activities, partnerships, and outcomes to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports for management on outreach efforts and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or outreach, preferably in the education sector.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
