Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospective clients in designated regions (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand) to generate leads.
• Lead Qualification: Identify decision-makers and qualify leads to ensure quality and conversion potential.
• Appointment Setting: Secure appointments for the sales team and manage an efficient scheduling process.
• CRM Management: Log call notes, update lead statuses, and track progress in the CRM system.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and maintain relationships with leads who show interest.
• Performance Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports on call activities, lead conversion, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with a neutral or US/UK accent preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and persuasive communication style.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
