Responsibilities:
• Interface with existing customers to grow recycled polymer sales.
• Identify new prospective customers for recycled polymers.
• Evaluate prospective suppliers of recycled polymers from a technical and commercial perspective.
• Develop an opportunity pipeline for recycled polymers to feed performance targets.
• Develop, implement, and grow profitable sourcing and sales for recycled polymers across India.
• Interface with Operations and Technical expertise to ensure smooth transactions and sustained growth.
Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in polymer science / Master's degree in management.
• 5-6 years' experience in sales and marketing of polymers particularly in recycled polymers.
• Commercial activities
• Recycled polymer technical and commercial knowledge
• Robust network of recycled polymer suppliers and customers in India
• Proactive, able to negotiate and close deals independently
• Strong communication skills; excellent presentation skills
• Team Player: able to collaborate and work cohesively with diverse set of colleagues
• Willing to travel extensively to cover assigned territory
