Responsibilities :
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable property solutions.
• Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
Requirements :
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong sales acumen and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
