As a Housekeeping Materials B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of housekeeping and cleaning materials to business clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the B2B segment.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
2. Lead Generation and Qualification:
o Identify and qualify potential business clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
o Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in businesses.
o Understand customer needs and present suitable housekeeping materials to meet their requirements.
4. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective business clients.
o Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of our housekeeping materials.
5. Product Knowledge:
o Maintain a thorough understanding of the features and benefits of the housekeeping materials offered.
o Stay updated on new product releases and industry trends.
6. Negotiation and Closing:
o Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close sales deals.
o Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales documentation and contracts.
7. Post-Sales Support:
o Coordinate with the customer support and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
o Provide ongoing support and account management to maintain long-term customer relationships.
8. Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
o Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in housekeeping or cleaning materials.
Strong understanding of housekeeping and cleaning products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with business clients and stakeholders.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in selling to industries such as hospitality, healthcare, or corporate facilities.
Knowledge of eco-friendly and sustainable cleaning products.
Technical background or understanding of product application and usage.
Work Environment:
This position requires travel to meet with business clients on a daily basis and attend industry events.
