Job Title: Sales Executive - FMCG (NCR Market)

Location: NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and surrounding areas)
Experience: 1-2 years in FMCG sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our FMCG business in the NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the NCR market, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to manage B2B and B2C clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the NCR region.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B and B2C clients.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
• Maintain and leverage a database of clients and contacts to generate leads and drive sales.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales .
• In-depth knowledge of the NCR market and its dynamics.
• Established database or contacts within B2B and B2C clients .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
