Looking for a result-driven Sales Executive with FMCG experience to manage sales operations, build strong retailer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage and expand distribution networks
- Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of FMCG sales experience
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Two-wheeler ownership (mandatory)
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ?17,000 per month
- Dearness Allowance (DA): ?150 per month
- Travel Allowance (TA): ?2.5 per km
- Performance-based incentives for target achievement
