We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of our food and FMCG products in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for building relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
• Store Visits: Regularly visit assigned stores (kirana stores, supermarkets, etc.) to promote and sell our products.
• Product Display: Ensure effective product display and visibility in stores.
• Order Taking: Take orders from store owners and ensure timely delivery.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
• Market Intelligence: Gather market information, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Sales Reporting: Submit daily/weekly sales reports and other relevant data.
Qualifications
• Experience: Prior experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Time Management: Strong time management skills to efficiently manage a busy schedule.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and find solutions to challenges.
• Bike or Two-Wheeler: Must have own bike or two-wheeler for daily commute
