: AURA ALKALINE is looking for a proactive and skilled CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, with a strong proficiency in Excel, basic computer skills, and experience in cold calling. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
Key Responsibilities : ? Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer information and engagement records.
? Conduct cold calling to potential and existing customers to promote our products and gather feedback.
? Assist in analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement. ? Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
? Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving customer experience and loyalty.
? Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback.
? Help organize and execute customer loyalty programs and promotional activities. Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
? 2 to 3 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role.
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
? Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
? Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
