Job Summary: As a Sales Executive, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of our sales operations. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and team members to understand our products, market strategies, and sales techniques. This role is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to progress into a managerial position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of sales, including product knowledge, sales techniques, customer relationship management, and sales operations.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities and customer segments.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Support the sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
• Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through self-learning and training programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel as needed.
