  • Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing business.
  • Sourcing of Gold loan customers at market/ customer doorstep.
  • Should have acumen for Sales.
  • Should have the ability to identify Sales Opportunities.
  • Responsible for travel within assigned territory /area for disbursing loans as per the process.
  • Responsible for productivity and revenue generation.
  • Responsible for lead generation through existing customers/ database.
  • Should be able to manage relationships with Customers / Branches.
  • Deliver Monthly targets by meeting and converting assigned leads.
  • The Sales Executive will work very closely with the Branch Manager/team.
  • Responsible for strict adherence to process, policy, guidelines laid by the organization.
Skills Required:
  • Graduate with Min of 1-year Gold Sales experience in any Gold Loans Firm.
  • Good Sales Skill Must be willing to travel within the assigned market area.
  • Must be willing to meet customers at Doorstep & provide door to door services to customers.
