- Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing business.
- Sourcing of Gold loan customers at market/ customer doorstep.
- Should have acumen for Sales.
- Should have the ability to identify Sales Opportunities.
- Responsible for travel within assigned territory /area for disbursing loans as per the process.
- Responsible for productivity and revenue generation.
- Responsible for lead generation through existing customers/ database.
- Should be able to manage relationships with Customers / Branches.
- Deliver Monthly targets by meeting and converting assigned leads.
- The Sales Executive will work very closely with the Branch Manager/team.
- Responsible for strict adherence to process, policy, guidelines laid by the organization.
- Graduate with Min of 1-year Gold Sales experience in any Gold Loans Firm.
- Good Sales Skill Must be willing to travel within the assigned market area.
- Must be willing to meet customers at Doorstep & provide door to door services to customers.
